They will put you on bench. And they will give some work. Suddenly you will get call for the interview from client. They won't give you time to prepare. If client interview did not succeeded, they will give unnecessary reasons and remove people from the company.

I love the learning env. of the Org. You can communicate with CEO and CTO for grouth prospective in the organinsation.

Nothing as dislike but organisation need to improve the policy for grouth prospactive

Excellent company for learning and growth. You would get a diverse learning experience. and since it is a only devops company (at the time of writing this review) you get to know many like minded people around you. They offer good hikes every year. Work-life balance might be impacted, although it entirely depends on the project you're part of and what internal initiatives you're part of. There is no doubt about the learning that you gain here. and the culture is very good here. The CEO and CTO are very nice people.

Don't join this company, ur life will be finished. No job security. Leads are hopeless. Hive leader is not at all reachable. HR is worst. They don't have much clients. Just to improve the company standard, they will hire people. You have to constantly prove yourself. They will put you in PIP and remove you from the company.

The Tech Lead CTO is exceptionally great. No one else matches his humble and eat to approach nature. While the fellow DevOps colleague are great to collab with , burdened with multiple projects at nexus point is too much even for outstanding performance. Permanent remote work is a boon and also binannual trips are fun.

Dislikes

The Management is ignorant of promoting any employee no matter the skillset and appraisals are decent . But they aren't good on their promises. nonetheless it's a stormy ride if the money monger stays. A lot of employees have left because of being underpaid and under appreciated. Thou they don't speak of it
