Opporture providing work from home opportunity only that is good.in initially it was quite good working there bt with time things started getting worse.

Target was continuously increasing even when there wasn't proper data flow.payout was very less nd then they started penalizing for every single error. Manager was very rude He didn't use his brain he just used to copy paste the words of TL to the team members. So if u hv good relation with TL then it's bit easy to work there else they will make very big issue of every single thing.

Opporture is one of the best companies that completely understands and helps the employees and the Remote Work Culture has helped employees support themselves and the working culture along with the Management that supports is overwhelming overall.

Worst managment they will treat you like stray dog they will say we dont have any target you have to sit for freaking 10 to 11hrs without break to reach their target if you cant complete the target then you have to sit for more 2 3 hrs no holiday nothing if anything happens to you not well or you are in hospital nothing no holiday no salary and if you take more than 2 holidays your salary will be half like around 6k and the salary they give 12k you cant get above that this is the last package the work they want is around 12 hr shift if you will take break then it will be like 13 hrs depend on your break . Even the managment dosent know what is that content they will simple yell even they dont know in which catagory that content will be tagged worst worst company ever i have worked above rating is 1 i have given there was no minus sign i would have given minus stars now lets go on dislike

Please if they tell you we have flexible timing or anything please dont ever come to this company ever you will going toh harm your body your brain your ears everything please please dont ever join this company if you are not getting any job and your searching for job and you got this job its better you search another take more time its better to waste time rather than this job
