Sales and communication skills improve because company not provide proper solution so many time handle own experience knowledge and satisfied dealers

Company given a good designation but TA, DA, and very low salary package, company management level is 0 because not given a solution and information correct time so many deal not creck on time

... suggest how I can improve. Company policies and facilities are quite flauless. Also they provide decent salary and bonus every year.

There is a most important issue with transport facility, there pick passengers more than seats in bus so it feel too crowded also we all know it's harmful for us during pandemic... and one more things in cafeteria they didn't clean tables properly...it's feel too unhygienic for employees..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
