Internal politics. If you want to grow within this company then you need to be good in buttering your boss. Only few employees are hardworking but hard work does't mean anything in this company. HR department also don't listen the employees voice.

The benefits are ok the idea of manager and colleagues sitting together all in an open place is good no cubicles

Salary Culture Rules are altered as per instructions from chinese bosses average hike promotion is not a word to consider

...t OPPO allows you to get new work and increase your skills on personal level. Salary is low but credit in you bank on time.

Most of the things are Unorganized here. Even you try for OT request, first need to submit request on portal and get approval Second draft a mail with all details and get approval from HOD and then share that approved mail with HR. Unnecessary step when already submitted on portal why mail. This is one one example.

Likes

One of the best Company which support throughout the lockdown period They supported every employee by not deducting any salary. They also provide bonuses in this much needed time. Their HR also personally called every employee and enquired about if the employee is well or not and Is there any need for any kind of support by Company. This made them bestest ever in my eyes.

Dislikes

I dislike traveling issues and I think they should provide transportation facilities from Delhi to Gurgaon.

My company is chinese owned. Salary part and extra benefits are good.

Dislikes

Appraisal is only for whom boss likes. Internal polytics is worst in chinese company , they make you quarrel for completing targets. Work- life balance is zero. Job security is zero.
