Good working environment and culture in sense of internal organization behaviour. Teammates and Managed is supportive. Cafeteria only with sitting area, no food and tea, coffee facility. Benefits in TO is once or twice in a year, WFH, JT and HI. Great opportunity for positions. Company policies are good. Job security is good.

Dislikes

Salary is descent but increment is less. Growth opportunities is based on only Process Performance and based on old employee. Job training and Refresher training provided to new and tenure. No soft-skill traning which I believe should be must because every employee is capable to speak and take initiative with good ideas and change in company measures. Employee feedback gaining is important because it guides a company to know the lackness to improve and growth to stabilize. No Cab facility for females which is must to be. Pressure is much as the process itself is stubborn from client side. Professionalism in language is less as many speak in Telugu and hindi rather than just being stable with professionally English.

There is no job security and they always hesitate a agent and they not give any commitments of jobs or about a career and they give fake promises. There is no security for womens

Use do 5 agents work only 1person but also they won't agents. We use ask always but they say "we'll do" but they won't do. Every agent use to work there as donkey, cause agent will work hat much of hard work but agent won't get anything.
