No value for employees' life, or his dependents who rely on the salary of the employee, just bossy team managers, and selfish, long-stayed-in-one-place managers. They prioritize their own self-interest and job security, than teams growth or company growth. Such kind of foolish and micromanaging managers, with maximum insecurity. Being in the same company and same role for 15+ years narrowed their thinking, less receptive to external changes or industry trends. Self-centric behavior can manifest in low empathy.
