The only good thing about this company is they give salary on time that is either on 30th,31st or 1st of every month

Dislikes

They don't give you the compensation what's promised specially if you have incentives or variable added into your compensation, i just remember 2 words, FORGET IT. They can make you work 7 days also if you are from sales. I have done it, Managers are noob, inefficient hired people who know nothing but they pretend they know everything,can even take your credits.Beware.Supply team manager was horrible.No prior knowledge.I wont suggest anyone for interns or full time in sales ,business evelpment, operation etc

Confused management There is no work life balance Constant changes in literally everything No appraisal, no recognition given to an individual even after doing multiple things People are not clear about what is their work, they have to do everything whatever is told.

Okay, so this is a place where they'll tell you and portray they are extremely open new ideas and have an extremely friendly environment to work however it's the right opposite. If you're hard working and lack your "show off" skills it's likely someone is taking credit of your work openly. Highly biased people and have a a bad mouth for everybody who puts efforts. They don't respect the teachers and have no intentions to really work for kids. Last thing they think about.
