The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. Any new open source tool is tried and tested before being used and all these are outside the project work. An individual is free to learn whatever he wants to and implement any new change which will benefit the organisation. Anybody is free to talk to their direct clients and there is no hierarchy. An exceptional work-life balance which is so very important. As long as the work is done on time, no one expects you to stay at the office. And we also have a Table-Tennis table to burn down when stressed out.

Dislikes

Compensation is just fair and growth is slow as there is no hierarchy. No fixed date on salary and at times you have to ask for it which makes it a bad habit. Medical insurance is not available for individual or family, but the amount will be paid back after repeated requests after submitting the bills. Similar role employees have varied salaries and older employees get most of the benefit. No travel here. No team outings or get-togethers. My review may change when these things are addressed.
