salary is very less for freshers. No team outing and activities. There is no other benefits like no travel allowance, no gym etc

You have to do each and every thing like development, documentation, fix bugs in nights if urgent. Work from home work starts from 10 AM To 12-1 AM You have to do each and everything. No life salary very low, late and less increments Saturday and Sundays are not weekend because you are doing everything so have to work on weekends also.

Very Bad culture. Technical and HR manager are very unprofessional. Abusive culture with long working hours and no appreciation from seniors. All good people have left the company. HR manager does not have antiquates to talk.
