... for like five years now and I have usually worked with industry leaders so far. I had a friend who was working at Onsurity who really talked well about company culture and salary package. So I decided to join through his referral and it has really been a roller coaster ride so far.

Favoritism for ceo's friend. There is a certain imposter as the Ops team leadership who is a friend of the COO and he disrupts work with his stupid ideas. Literally no one likes him and wants to avoid him but alsa can't as he is somehow in the leadership. There is no coordination or training for the existing products and they are just burning investor money because of their dream castles. CEO lacks vision and changes the roadmap so frequently that the tech team has stopped asking relevant questions and started shipping buggy products just for the sake of meeting unrealistic deadlines set by the man child CEO. The only good product is pending for launch on the user's end but the lash will be thrown on the product team. Please focus on employee wellbeing and foster a good culture

Almost everything. Top management is confused about the company's growth and overall trajectory. You will be subject to undue pressure unless you are the CEO/COO's friend from a past company. No product roadmap as such and everything is built without taking data into consideration.

Too much micro-management at the workplace. Our creative ideas are not taken into consideration. Directors are not all related to the Health insurance industry yet they implement crap ideas for professional development. You won't get any help from seniors, in case if you reach out they will showcase knowing everything.

Nothing is good, pathetic culture If you are a shoe licker then only you can survive in that company Apparently these words are stated by one of the director there “ here we don’t follow democracy we follow dictatorship” So by this statement only people can underStand how back the culture can be

Everything is bad only Ultimate toxicity Apparently they are a Health care company But they don’t think about employees health They make you sit unnecessarily late evening If you don’t have any work then too you have to sit Pathetic pathetic culture And people there are more pathetic
