No Job Security and no salary pay in lieu of notice period - Non Technical and money minded CTO. they can put you PIP even after spent lots of years over here - no good salary increment. you have to provide 2 months notice period if you have an opportunity vice versa you can be fired without paying in lieu of notice period or serving notice period if company thinks that your service not required anymore.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Everything No policies and SOPs in places, dirty politics all the time, favouritism all the way, people can’t even speak proper english are made leaders and interact with clients. Owner put on unnecessary accent which seems funny. HR doesn’t know how HRs behave, women are harassed and no action taken. Food sucks place sucks. And SEO lead deletes the bad reviews and forcefully ask other employees to put good reviews which are fake.

- Female employees are hrassed. - mostly working hours are late and around 12-13 hours daily shift. - no clarity. Always depends on others reaction - always uncertainty and feel helpless - nepotism and office politics. - HR is very unprofessional and ugly. No experience related to HR role. Every hiring is nightmare. - talented and good working employees are either fired or put paper because of the so called created environment inside the office (buttering). - upper management are not good. - Always getting trouble from the senior. - hire and fired is going on depend upon the mood of the management. Employee have to work beyond the working hour. It’s always happened. - No mental and physical health. - Forget the leave and holiday if you are working in the company. - if you are able to do the buttering to the specific employee then you can stay longer than expected. - you ctc will be reduced at any time. Again it depends upon the mood of the management. - the promise or the commitment given on the email was reverted back. - they always gave you fake promises.
