The worst thing which I feel about the company is disrespecting their honest employees, leave policies, promoting user's to Team lead, manager without getting IJP. In every company 1.5-2.5 leave is allowed for every employee but here if you want to take leave for 1 day then you have to compensate your 8 hrs by stretching your shift before leave or after coming back from leave which I didn't see in any other organisation. Another negative point is they always ask you about the floor gossips and other employees opinion about the management which I didn't like. Most biggest problem is job security if you are doing your work honestly, even trying to meet your target's but if you are not agree with the management or raising any issues against the management then no one is going to listen it. They will terminate you on spot. Company also fired the ex manager Shivaji who took my interview he was intelligent person but when I joined he was not there & everyone was giving good feedback about the Shivaji. So if you want to work without taking any leave you can join but on your own risk. If they change their leave policies, respect employees then this company can grow but there is no rights to team lead, manager's here. Everything was handled by Panama country.

People who has talent will be never showcase them or their talent, but people who has no knowledge will be leading all the agents which is not at all proper way to make company profits or ethics.

Worst company, no security for women. People booze, smoke drugs and come to office. Later after so many people left, they have put rules not to booze nd come to office. No ethics, worst company
