I started my career at Onmobile and worked for 3 years. I had my best time there. It was very great in terms of job security, work like balance and job satisfaction. I was lucky enough to get Mr Ashok Goyal as my first manager as he was the best I ever had (I realised late I was a bit unfair towards him) . Even now I talk to my ex colleague Gaurav about the best time we had working there.

Dislikes

...h to dislike about onmobile. The office location is slightly far but manageable. Also for more experienced, package offered could be better. But onmobile is literally like family

Good work life balance. Lets you own projects and drive it completely. I had the good fortune to work with some of the most amazing people at Onmobile.

Dislikes

The salary hikes and promotions were few and far between. You are not paid at par with the market.

...and career growth opportunities are very less and you don't learn anything here.there was no hike and managers at upper levels are dumb and busy being busy for nothing and bother you while you're working and make your life in onmobile miserable when if questioned.you find blank faces having no ideation about automations.

Dislikes

Management is at the worst .they won't understand your problems and rather they make you feel miser every growing time .they ask money for if you take leave saying you have emergency .

Work life balance and no overtime allowance compensation is below par .work pressure was very high onjob training only ..Have to attend client calls and work for 16-18 hrs a week.

Unfortunately there is nothing what anyone likes in onmobile

Dislikes

No job security, they hire to show the Market that they have work but then they fire. Lot of internal politics, anyone can become CEO of this company and do overhaul of it but at the end all the CEO has been disaster. They closed most of the overseas offices and have fired 90% of its employees.
