It used to be very good company to work for till few years back.

..., big chunk of your F&F is never paid and good part is they do it for everybody. No salary revisions for years. Work environment is not open & professional

Worst HR policy. Worst company policy. No vision. No progress. No salary on time. Removed people who served whole life to company. They don't care about employee.

Management are old and from start to end decided to stay in Onida they are started there career through technician and now became senior so they have no knowledge about how other premium company provides services to customers how they deal with there service partner what is the rules and policies and not also want to know as they think they are God and they all know everything and what they know that is the best.

Everything except salary on time . At the time of interview post which is decided but in offer letter giving higher post in same salary. Everything thing in this company is worst.

...r the organization.. This is the worst company ever for which i have worked for. They don't pay the salary on time.. Even i don't get my salary of last two months when i am the employee.

It's a very worst company, there is no ethics in this company, nothing systematic, salary tour bills not come in time, it will be a wrong decision those who want to join it.
