Management are old and from start to end decided to stay in Onida they are started there career through technician and now became senior so they have no knowledge about how other premium company provides services to customers how they deal with there service partner what is the rules and policies and not also want to know as they think they are God and they all know everything and what they know that is the best.

Everything except salary on time . At the time of interview post which is decided but in offer letter giving higher post in same salary. Everything thing in this company is worst.

It's a very worst company, there is no ethics in this company, nothing systematic, salary tour bills not come in time, it will be a wrong decision those who want to join it.

..., big chunk of your F&F is never paid and good part is they do it for everybody. No salary revisions for years. Work environment is not open & professional
