All sr.supvisor working with experience more than 15 years..But salary is very very very low in comparison to other small co. S1,S2,S3..All three grade salary mismatch. Supervisor's salary is more than sr. supervisor salary.. Apriasal is on basis of favour person not on work and knowledge.

Dislikes

...hose who are at the end of career to have a peaceful and stress less retirement. But for financial growth it is not good as the increments are very less and salary compared to other companies of similar sector are offering more. To simply put it is a private company with government policies and management is also like a government employee (very very slow in decision making).
