Dislikes

...hose who are at the end of career to have a peaceful and stress less retirement. But for financial growth it is not good as the increments are very less and salary compared to other companies of similar sector are offering more. To simply put it is a private company with government policies and management is also like a government employee (very very slow in decision making).

There's a fixed time base promotion policy which do injustice for hard working employee, this policy encourage lazy working culture. Management is not that transparent in promotion policy. No particular job training provided.
