...hose who are at the end of career to have a peaceful and stress less retirement. But for financial growth it is not good as the increments are very less and salary compared to other companies of similar sector are offering more. To simply put it is a private company with government policies and management is also like a government employee (very very slow in decision making).

The company has excellent human resource policies. The salary structure is good and there are several other benefits.

The work environment is extremely slow. We cannot get things moving quickly and efficiently, which can be improved.

Not a job security ,work culture for contractual employee is not good , company policies for contractual employee is not goods , they treat like labour to skilled contractual employee s,

No increament in salary for contractual employees , there are different policies for Company Employees and contractual employees, no any beno for contractual skilled employees , no receiving salary on time , work culture is not good, no opportunity in work for contractual employees,no appreciation for woek.

Good work life balance. Not much job pressure. Everything is chill here. On time salary payment.

Very bad HR culture. HR doesn't do their job. No support from company for personal career growth. If you don't care about career growth then this is a good company to work.
