The company culture reflects the clients culture. Basically Oneture has no culture and only follows what the client tells them. Client is the only thing that matters to them. Most of the clients are absolute tr**h. The outlook on the CEO is good but that's it. Everyone is downright mediocre here.

It is more or less a employee sourcing company. You will be working with the client and you won't be visiting oneture after joining it. And client sometimes are really toxic to work with.
