No work life balance Very poor Company culture. HR never replies to your messages on Teams neither you will see them active on Teams. Lot of micro management which makes you feel suffocated. Every second of your work, you have to log into JIRA. No software being used to payroll management For 3 months you have to undergo designer training and assessment of training is like you are appearing for AIEEE exam. They expect you to become master in their product which they developed in maybe 10 yrs. During training, other people look upto you as if you are an alien. People with 0 managerial skills and non tech background are promoted to Managers. Lot of politics. Your work is never acknowledged. No latest technology stack being used

Amazing talent. Immense learning platform, lot of focus on employee skill training. Excellent work life collaboration and balance. It’s on exponential growth trajectory. Opportunity to work on the latest product features development with latest tech stack.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teamates are supportive and company encourages new ideas. Work life balance is also good in general. The senior management is approachable and policies are employee friendly.
