As it is required for the mental stability of the employees. 3. Unpaid extra work given to employees on Sunday's. 4. One of the major concerns lies in the offer letter itself. It is strongly advised not to sign it in haste. Take the time to read it thoroughly, understand every clause, and if possible, discuss it with a trusted and experienced person—be it a friend, sibling, or mentor. The terms can often be misleading or lack clarity, which can affect you later. 5. There is not even a job security for an employee as there is not any allowances as PF or Medical insurance facilities. 6. Salary payments are not on time, there are frequent delays and no proper structured salary slip. 7. The company frequently imposes unmanageable deadlines. As Frontend developer managers often expected to complete complex tasks such as full website development, responsive mobile screen within a week or less. These expectations are not only unrealistic but also hinder quality and creativity. 8. Certain individuals in the company have the tendency to assign tasks with no prior discussion and expect you to stay back after official working hours to complete them. This lack of planning and respect for personal time leads to an unhealthy work-life balance.

My experience at OneRoof Technologies LLP was quite disappointing. The work culture was not supportive, and collaboration with teammates was challenging. There was a noticeable lack of guidance, especially for interns, making it difficult to grow and learn. Seniors often had unrealistic expectations from interns who were just starting their careers, without providing the necessary mentorship or regular feedback. This left interns feeling undervalued and demotivated. Additionally, the absence of constructive criticism or acknowledgment of efforts made it harder to understand how to improve. Work-life balance was practically non-existent, with long hours and constant pressure. The lack of proper management and communication added to the stress, making it hard to maintain any personal time. On top of that, there was no sense of job security, which created further anxiety. Overall, the experience was disheartening and not what I expected from a company aiming to foster growth and learning for fresh talent. I hope the management takes necessary steps to create a more positive and supportive work environment in the future.

No work life balance,only 2nd and 4th Saturday Holiday that too sometimes they expect you to work,long working hours,0 Zero Job Security,Sandwich Leave policy,They include Sunday in their Holiday Calender,Forcebly insisting sandhwich leave even if it not fits on long public holidays like if you have to take 1 day in between or before or after the public holidays
