I will not Exaggerate but CITI is a competitive organisation with competitive salary among all organisations. Knowledge and opportunities are tremendous and give you ample of time to grow your skills and knowledge.

Dislikes

I guess they still need to look after more on women's growth and opportunities as sometimes they go unnoticed though they are working hard.

Citi as a company is good company to work with. I spent almost 5 years here. Good facilities.

Dislikes

Bad management. People will work and won’t appreciated. Biased managers. Even if you work hard only those people will get appreciated who are in eyes of management. Basically it depends on your manager if he/she has good attitude then its good else they will exploit you in return of nothing.

Likes

You can never be working the right way in CITI. High end politics. Very partial VP and AVP. You get recruited as a specialist C05 and report to a C04 Fresher just because she or he will be related to the AVP or VP. you can never implement what you have learnt as best practices. Emails are considered rude and unprofessional and they consider it to be as creating documents for non functional agents.

Not dislike Again they company will restart the P. L. in JODHPUR I will join this company. More life achievement and learn loan and Finanance banking process.

Company Culture is very nice as its policy is also benefit for employees as i was working through agency then also the decision making power is supported by company to me.

Dislikes

As the branch of company was suddenly closed sk its very shocking for me and i was jobless after that. I really enjoyed working with company but no support and security of job for agency contract recruit.
