Politics, less hike, no salary as per work and experience. If you are are qualified you will get senior level position n good CTC as a fresher, there is no value for experience people.

No recognization. Silly politics.Managers not having managing skills. Worst work culture. No trust on employees.

Dislikes

Hiring process depends on less package,it's not depends on talent. Most of the Projects will be done by outside vendors not by employees. In this case there is no chance to learn new things.

I am into oneindia BSC Pvt it's a venture of Acc and Ambuja Company background is good

Oneindia BSC Pvt ltd is doesn't have salary structure or slab There is no proper salaries for experience d employees here. There is no salarie difference between Freshers and experience candidates Example one year experience and 8plus years of experience also same salaries.

It is a good company to work with. It allows you to innovate and set the learning curve up.

Dislikes

The attendance policy needs change, it burns a hole in the pocket. It also needs to look at sharpening the skills of its employees.

Actually I worked there only for 2 months as it was only for 3 months of contract period because of this covid -19 my contract turns only for 2 months and overall work experience was awesome because as it is small period of time I have learned lot of things there and I met best people there.thank you one india for giving me wonderful opportunity to work.

I don't want to blame OneIndia because it was a wonderful experience in my life. But I felt sad because my contract got end so soon😔😔
