I will must say salary always received on time.But there are no option for pramotion.Same work every day nothing to learn any new skills.Company is very nice but Internal politics is very bad..

It's impossible to understand who is seeing your performance.If you have personally good relations with your boss.then you will get everything.Cimpany management is not seeing your performance.they are just sleeping.Overall company's policies are good for customer.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

The founders are very genuine and humble people. Even the new ceo is a great leader to have. The plans and services are good. Overall the company is growing with new hiring in the leadership position.

Dislikes

The Culture is pathetic. Lots of biasness favouritism. The old employees have formed a group and dont let anyone control or change anything. The only way to get promoted here is to do buttering of your boss. People have no shame here in taking credit for other people’s work.

I would like to share my feedback about employee growth is very low no any given opportunity for other products, no any growth, no any salary growth but others company given to employee growth. In this organisation I am working since 7 years but no any growth in my dept. But other departments currently working high position. Some changes required our unit for employees growth.

Dislikes

No standard office time, no employee growth as per work year experience Other departments given opportunity as per work year experience but there is not. Every day we recieved call for work like Sunday no any standard time.

Mr Devesh Kumar is pathetic manager, his toxic behaviour made the work a hell. Very irritating and annoying, just coz of this person the company name is destroyed amongst the employees
