I like about company management was so nice and friendly with team and they always Upskill you every time mistake did with effective feedback or any questions you ask they clarify at any time. They are so open mindset management always asking continues feedback what can we improve as team the company believe small team doing big things so, they always a open mindset. The management is chill, friendly, funny and strong as team become company is in young hand manager and senior understandable every situation and they never force you for anything as employe. One place Solar always respect team feedback to grow and achieve.

Dislikes

The company was Young and new so, we have to work with our own laptop or Computer So, some time own system have issue not working. I have face it was expensive so, Company have to work on that. I think company will fix this as coming time.

The company culture is respectful, the CEO is a humble person, always allowing the team members to contribute ideas, he understands the value of opinion. I have felt valued and respected here. The appraisal is also good, as long as you deliver exceptional results. Which clearly means, if you have worked really hard for the progress of the company, you will be rewarded for your efforts.

According to me, none. One place solar can be a dream company to work in.

It's like we are not just an employee, we are working here as a team and we all feel united with each other, seniors are cooperative with their juniors and have respect for every individual.

Actually this is my 1st company, I am happy to be part of one place solar. The job flexibility is really attractive and friendly behavior of seniors. Enjoying my work due to good environment.

Only one thing I dislike that the Night shift that does not suit my health... Nothing else
