...existing employees they just ignore all the issues from newly joined employees. There is no salary structure and No salary on time. When they joinied they used to talk very nicely after months goes away they change there behaviour. Management just want to play with there money the dont care with the employees. I personaly Say do not joined this fitness center they just with your emotions and money

Too much cctv surveillance can't even stand at a place even when there are barely any members Trainers not allowed to do cardio Freelancers dominate the no of clients barely any opportunity to connect with new clients Poor management overall No job security as even a few holidays could mean you lose your job Stupid attendance system which doesn't note down time correctly or isn't working at all at times
