.... Even they do not pay your dues in F&F despite several mails and communication. They don't have money to pay the expenses of sales team,even salary day is also not fix.its the most pathetic organisation in india , defaming the name of Dabur which is mother company of this firm.

The worst and most toxic culture company. Leadership is pathetic and arrogant, they are just filling their pocket and making fool of owner. All senior managers are womaniser,always look to exploit female employees.

Company has its name in Oncology department but still needs some improvement for the routine and genetic testing.

Some people are here for salary crediting, they don't want to take the pain for the pending work.

When I joined, it was with happiness and a strong desire to learn, but it turned out to be a disappointment.

I am deeply disappointed with the working culture at Oncquest Laboratories. The higher management seems more focused on filling the company with their own connections rather than hiring based on merit. There is a complete lack of structure and professionalism, something I never expected to encounter in the healthcare sector. Unfortunately, working here has given me the same disorganized feeling one might get from a poorly run local institution. There is no sense of real leadership or vision. I strongly believe that positions like COO and CEO should be held by experienced professionals, ideally male candidates who are less prone to unnecessary gossip and more committed to the company’s growth. If this continues, it won’t be long before the company faces a complete downfall, as it is already riddled with negative reviews and poor feedback from former employees. The company urgently needs a course correction, or it risks losing any remaining credibility in the market
