One of the best companies I have ever worked with. The HRs and seniors are very supportive and amazing people, always ready to help. The company provides plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, and the work culture is excellent. If you're a developer, you have the opportunity to explore new areas and get involved not only in development but also in some devops work within the team, which is very rewarding. It's a fully work-from-home model.

At Oncehub you will get a good work life balance, but forget everything else. The management is so undecisive!!! They don't know where to head. The leaders/seniors themselves are saving their own jobs, they are least bothered about their team or growth of their employees.

One of the best product company I have worked in. The quality of work and flexibility is extremely good. Being an Israeli firm the discipline and process ensures that company culture is maintained and create an amazing environment for people to be creative. The team is really good and caring which most of the other organisations lack. You will never feel like an outsider in the firm but rather be part of the Oncehub family. That's mainly due to the vision of HR team and senior management which ensures the continuity of the culture.

Dislikes

I didn't find anything bad apart from the firm not being very aggressive when it comes to sales and marketing. The organisation could be more aggressive in promoting their product, but the organisation believes in having an organic and sustainable growth.

Work culture is the best that I have ever seen. Honesty and clarity about any scenario is always given. Great company policies that helps us work smoothly and contribute towards the growth of company as well as individual self.
