No job security. The company is basically a consultant. They look candidates for contract to hire position. If the client doesn't want you in the project the company will release you immediately. Overall experience is not good.

I am working at ontime solutions client company. They arranged a good boring place for me and did well follow up for my interview process and post interview untill I join.I have never ever paid for this.Really great job done by ontime solution team.especially Ms.Seema.thank you all

Team Leader leads to block roads of growth, they have little jealously if the person grows up.. but from management there is a good support for growth.
