HR management is WORST in the industry. A lot of micro- management done at personal level. Favouritism is often preferred over skills.

...ike numbers, hence more layoffs due to his poor performance running the company. We take it on the chin and he complains that his compensation is stock, and since that hasn't gone well he'll change it to actual cash.

√Weak management system. √Bias or unfair treatment, code of ethics is not functioning religiously. √Appraisal grading system cause workers demoralized. √Promotions and appraisal are politics.

There is plenty of opportunity to learn, but too many constraints

Dislikes

Company is very very US centric with US culture, with very unrealistic targets - by means of scope, schedule. Also very poor team work

Team mates are fabulous. I got to learn about many things both personally and professionally. All the employees are really hard working and knowledgeable.

Dislikes

Training is a bit of a lack over here, you have to learn by your own.
