Upper management and owner of the company pretend to be nice and helpful but they are not actually like that.

Dislikes

No Salary growth, No promotional growth, no management skills, No Hr in company, No employee benefits like health insurance, traveling expenses and other....all problem you only have to manage. They stolen my 1month salary... begger company.. Highly not recommended.dont join this company.

Except a few things rare. Surprising but absolutely nothing. How can you wake up people who are pretending to sleep?

Lack of experience,, claim do not harm.animals but unethical attitude towards humans (lol) unnecessary micro management, mismanagement, nothing personal but few clowns running the show, management least bothered, This space is not enough.

They Terminate me at the start of covid-19, only because of they don't want to provide me a salary, & as well they don't even call me to check me how was my life is balancing at the time of covid-19, i has been singed a offer letter of 1 year, & on that it was clearly mentioned that we will give you 30 days of notice period, but they suddenly Terminate me & also they don't pay my salary, it was a bad experience of mine at the journey of my life of work, i have work with lakme as well as Titan industry with Tanishq, those all company was so good in relation also & for taking care of their employees. My suggestion is don't do jobs in omved Therapies they are so selfish.
