Only high level politics is there, favourable members getting promoted, job is not at all safe, no support from any person from team, just leg pulling and drag the member from his position, always partiality. Work is not important only you have to involve in wrong activities with your supervisors and then you will be promoted and job is safe. you need to follow managers wrong guidelines , whole company employees are loosing there goodness and knowledge.avoid to join such company.

No likes. This is Japanese culture where Japanese tend to be of helping hand to you but actually breaks your trust. The biggest problem is understanding English language. Communication is very difficult and takes precious time to explain them.

Toxic culture, very egoistic managers. Only gyanbaazi no support.

Company is very good... But some evil person like Kobi Roy, Mani tiwary, Rohit saini & H r head has spoiled carrier of almost more than 50 persons... But Management least bother about it.

Yes Mani tiwary abuses every person&if some body opposes there is termination by any any excuses. Kobi roy used to do mental harrashment of some labourious person & always wanted to fill his previous organisation persons for his comfort levels. Kobi roy is sales people he does not talk for business from any party... He has required only luxury but he is useless person.... He is one of corrupted personality in healthcare industry.
