We were group of 5 people from our uni but they didn't pay us and they did not put us in live project. They give us a deadline so that they will pay us. They give us a website and 30 min to complete that which was just impossible

They are able to deliver the software,website,application & products on time despite the aditional change requests that extended the timeline.

Dislikes

These guys are good at keeping their word and deliverable on time.

Overall great experience with them, quick decision maker true to employee and good attitude to deliver good products.

Due to competition they put huge pressure on employees ! Few hates it but mostly improve to the level to survive in the market

There is nothing to like about Omninos Solutions. They literally scam people.

They are an internship company and NOT a software development company. They don't have any experienced developer working. The developer with maximum experience has 1.3 years of experience. If you go there for job, they will say that you don't have enough skills and say to enroll in their training and they will charge you money. If you are someone with some experience they will not hire you. They literally scam their clients by saying that they can create live Android apps and websites but none of their apps work. They have no experienced developer. At last the clients have to take their project out of here after spending a lot of money. They don't give any holiday. Omninos does not even allows government holidays. They will call for work even on 26 jan, 15 Aug, 2 Oct. Some new comers join in the hope that they will learn but believe me you will not learn anything here. They literally have most developers with 3-4 months of experience.

I gave an Interview for MERN stack Developer Role. The Interviewer asked me around 50 questions and I was able to answer 80% of the questions. I cleared the Interview process and called the next day for the assignment round. The assignment was to do CRUD operation using MERN. I created a webapp like todo in 60-90 mins(frontend+backend). Then He reviewed my Task in just one minute. He only saw index.js(backend) file and check all the CRUD operations are working or not. Then he told me you will be notified by the HR for the next process. Next morning I called the HR and she said you dont know MERN so we you are not selected. I was shocked by her statement because my Interview went well and I also completed the task whatever they said. At last I just want to say I am not the only one. Many of my friends faced the same thing. The main point is they only want is money. They manipulate freshers to purchase training program from them and promised to give Internship after the Training. And they dont even give Internship after the Training in reality. Stay away from companies like this
