There is no scope of learning. The kind of work the company does in a zoomed out perspective looks promising however the ground work does not satisfy the employee/individual as the work does not add much value overall. The company pays decently however the work environment is abnoxious and dull. Makes one sleep.

Company with blurred vision, weakened offerings, high level pricing, partiality amongst employees, frequent behavioural changes from management towards employees. No proper training and they keep hiring-firing the employees. Play around with careers of people without understanding or milking their potential

excessive work load and irrespective of certain uncontrollable reasons due to which sales were dropping, the management was not at all understanding and infact threatened to fire people who wouldn't achieve the unrealistic targets during that situation too. I got fired because of that and later i got to know that nobody achieved the targets yet they didn't fire anyone else

The CEO and the coo are two arrogant people don't know how to run any of organization..... everything in this company is messed up...there is groupism monopoly of North Indians ...and they have immediate hire and fire culture... totally highly not recommended to join this organisation
