...r in Italin company Bonfiglioli Transmission Pvt.Ltd from july 2020 to feb 2021. It was neraly 8 months and the actual salary is 24,000/ per month. but the salary I get is 12,000-14,000. They have taken nearly half of my salary every month. There will be no OT, allowances, no growth. Major thing is, for security purpose they ask any Govt approved certificate only for six months of time period later it will be returned to us. First I gave my Provisional certificate but they insisted me to provide only Govt approved certificate, so I gave my 10th marksheet. After the time period when I approach them for my certificate it was lost and they were searching for it for past 2 weeks. Omnex person and myself applied and got the duplicate it after 6 months. Kindly be aware of organisations like this.

Learning is great here since its a product based company ull learn many things in technology.

Salary will be delay sometimes to credit on account. Appraisal cycle will be 2.5years once. But they will give decent hike. Should work on weekends most of the time.

I did a big mistake by accepting the offer in such a crooked company. Fortunately, I took a right step at right time. Message to everyone who wants to join this company, please be wise while accepting the offer and check twice before accepting the offer

Entire company is monopolized and everything is micromanaged by CEO!!!? And even committed employee benefits will be looked how it could be possibly cut in business point of view!
