This Company is open to fulfill the necessary spares parts requirement of many engineering unit require to produce heavy machinery. so every time chalange in making different spares as per requirement of customer and time management for delivery schedule. the local customer are Sterlite Industries, NRB Bearinng, Parason Machinaries,Pratisthan Alloyes etc. All are experienced skilled machine operator their education none infornt of their experience. willing to work delicately every time assign task. commercial division colleagues are co-operative and knowledge sharing. accuracy,precision and no pendancy is work moto

Dislikes

...asual leaves, paid leaves not allowed. if leave taken which will be without pay. No Bonus, No Overtime, No fix date for monthly salary. Compensation is decent growth is slow, in sufficient infrastructure against work load. Management do not value and individual unique strength. There is no orientation of company and charge handover process from last left employee. Seniors do not help in giving knowledge. freshers do not have on job training. which is pain some time.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. It is very great platform for fresher.

... The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12 - 14 hours in day. The most important salary is not good.

Individual learning, critical tasks to resolve on your own, Immediate training after joining to get profound knowledge for long duration.

Less payscale, More hardships, late salary, no personal growth, only hopes, no respect after leaving job.

...ng which have nothing to do with your work that to early in to morning around 6.30 - 7 not even capable of paying salary on time some time they pay 2 3 month salary in due ... they change there t&c any time they feel like its better to be jobless then working at onkar i can give many references who would be agreed with my statement

The company don't have any career growth policies No any appraisal given by company or appreciation from the senior members.

Dislikes

The shift does not have the fix timing . The shift may vary from 9 to 10 hours. Work pressure is always high on employee & they don't give any type of facilities at all .
