Worst company i never seen before, everyday new criteria, every month salary deductions minimum 50% to 90%. No HR policy, no management, no hikes process. Main thing HR persons are very irrespective and irresponsible behaviour with employees. My best suggestion is do not waste your valuable time in this company. If you join you will lose your career.

Actually 1 star also waste, but there is no option for 0 star, no likes only dislikes

Worst company culture and policies, it's a cheap company salary will not credited on time and they will credit half salary on 10th of the month and half salary after 20th of the month, payslips will not provide you can't know how much salary you will get .

Worst company, no salary in time and for the god sake we should not discuss about the hikes and all, as the employee rating resembles the organisation and no job security and no value to the one who is loyal to the organization.

No job security and monopoly decisions by CEO and not taking into employees concerns and no hikes in time and that too with lot of torture.

I don't think there is something to like. Yes only good things is they provide salary in time.

...your talent, it's only depends on how much buttering you done with your TL/ CTL. At the time of joining they promis to provide ESI but they didn't, they also not provide salary slip. HR behaviour is terrible with employee. I don't think i learnt anything new skills there except how to cheat your customer in a sweet manner.
