Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?
I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

The only good thing about this company is we have good teammates...

Dislikes

Everything is terrible here... No proper salary, sometimes they even skip to credit for a month... It feels like school more than a workplace. No work culture The experience we gain here is of no use. No learning and career growth opportunity

Company is overall good and friendly environment, salary will be credited late during year ending, but usually it won’t happen like that..growth will a but less but talented people can survive with better hike every 6months

Dislikes

1)No Carrier growth, HR department and Management is worst. 2)They will not give salaries in time, some times it will take 2 months time to get 1 month salary. Some former employees didn't get their last working month salary till now ( 3 months completed). 3)No hikes from the past 2 years and they wont include your hike amount in basic salary, they will give as arrears if you will reach the revenue target otherwise you will not get hike. 4) Normally there is no ESI deduction for above 20k salary. But in omics it is possible, even if you will get 30K also ESI deduction will be there, that too sometimes they will deduct 300, 394, 494. amount will vary every 2-3 months. I don't know how HR department will manage this type of ridiculous things. If you will search another opportunity with omics experience, they will not believe your payslips because of these bulshit calculations and they wont provide hike letters.

Company is not giving salary regularly and in time. And job security is very poor and the CEO Srinubabu's behaviour and management is very poor.
