... to like in this organization. terrible management, no leaves, target based job. if any employee reach the target than only she/he will Exget the salary, otherwise not. Management used to take silly decision such as calling office in Covid padamic, less salary to experience. complete waste of time. Call center is better than omics international.

...ics is too much.in official calendar second Saturday is off, but not provided. They provide salary in upcoming month that to by 20 or 21 of next month. No career growth NO Appraisal, No pay slips, NO PF no leaves Zero job security, No health insurance worst office environment terrible management worst HR Policies NO Hike In other word, don't even think to join this organization. complete waste of time.

Working environment is not good, no one is supportive, not giving salary on time... Still my 2 months salary they kept on hold, with me several other employees are also suffering. Not giving national and international holidays. HR, CTL, CEO no one is helpful. Giving useless targets, not giving incentives to the employees but keep on detecting fines from the salary. Better not to go for Omics International Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad. So many fraud cases on this company. In USA and many other countries this company is black listed.

I have been work with this organization for more than two years and I did not get a single rupee hike in this period. OMICS spoiled my career, bcz with the name of this organization we are not getting any job easily...

The Most I hate CEO of the OMICS, he don't know how to treat his employers. He is not at all giving salary on time and not crediting our PF on time and calling us beggars. All manager are OWL, Bcz They don't have any power and and they are supporting that fraud Management....
