The facility 1 or F1, in the first floor of Omega is filled with scrap minded process coaches staying there as they have no other opportunities in their life and unfit for any other work. Can learn how to earn respect staying toxic and playing fitting games. Celcia Aleaxander and Ajusha Radhamani are 2 poisonous females who drive away plenty of users by targeting them.

Dislikes

Few people target the users. For example the process coaches who are females cant tolerate if any other female work correctly. They directly ask users to drop papers as we reach or complete 10 months in the office. As they are afraid of losing their position. There is very toxic environment as the process coaches can go to any extent to ruin users life. They teach quality people to mark errors and no TL or no manager would question them. And lot of internal adjustments in Omega.

I am interested rejoined.when I was attant the interview last week.very insult to me. I am not buying a pip last 7 and half years.but manager and Tl wrongly said. They are not considered my words.i said please review. and check it my working period. And also said. They are not ask my words.

One of the worst company in world. Location: Omega healthcare, murugeshpalya, Bengaluru All the workers in the office, they all are feel like (Ambani,adhani,ratan tata,bill gates ),but they don't know they are the No.1 C H A P R I S, B S DK, When I go for documents verification One incident was happen to me I take stapler to pin my documents, one Girl sitting she said who told you to pin Your documents,why you the take stapler pin,this was one of the cheapest behaviour I seen in my life, I want to tell one thing about hr,i don't know her name, she thinks or assume her as a CEO of the organisation that mush attitude she has

My homble request for everyone don't choose the Omega healthcare murugeshpalya Bengaluru for job and ONE MAIN THING DON'T GO FOR INTERVIEW ALSO THEY WILL treat you like a slave

I would like to say this, very comfortable for women so more,work culture was perfect, management session is not bad, company policies were wondering, whatever, Omega is best opportunity for all people, and more benefits etc.

In my experience, I worked in charge process, like 2 years. I was not able to work as in another process, because same work and same knowledge. Not moving in next process. So that's why I am telling about this.
