...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is a lot of politics and HR vill never address employee problems and more over they pay less salary to experience candidates compare to new joiny. U get hikes and increments only by licking the foot of superiors but not through your hard-work

Communication with Doctors and other medical and Non medical departments.

Management policies and How they collect money from patients, Billing charges, They don't had Humanity.The only aim is earning money from patients..even after death also

I was really happy to give feed back about Dr. Charanjith Reddy SIR. when i worked as nursing superintendent he supported my nursing team in all aspects. we dedicated our work with cancer patients ,was happy to serve. we where conducted educational programmes. Always we got good support from Dr. Charanjith Reddy sir. Still i remember my nursing team they are very obedient and fast learning skill full staff..I pray to god ''good heart'' always blessed by god for his future plans. I wish Dr.CHARANJITH REDDY sir is a legend always.

security check only for nursing and house keeping's. I was cross checked by security while entering to hospital in and out. Policy is made by management that should be applicable to every one.

We get our due respect from all staff, convenient work timings and well established facilities are the advantages

Dislikes

No value for hard work, need to praise people for increments, no job security, no chance for updating our job skills, poor patient care
