The way of training they provided for freshers .

There is no hike ,salary benefits,retention bonus. Need to work on saturday.Lack of communication between employee and higher management .There is no any support in floor for production.

Work Environment OK. Seniors are supportive. Not a diverse culture, most of the employees are from TN.

Less compensation, slow or no growth, shows good career opportunities from the outside but inside you are stuck at the same place.

CAP Policy ... If any Employees Complete an 1 Year or More in Organization... There Should be an Increment in Employee Salary ... But Here there was an policy as above mentioned which will not have an Increment for that Employee and need to wait So long Period to have an Opportunity to move to NEXT LEVEL ... Thank you ...

...hey have a capacity to determine employee capacity without giving working acess.when employee ask the reasons strongly they will cut your call and never pick your call and simply hold your salary.If you are doing WFH then they think you cannot reach them.There is no Hr helpdesk team also available for this company.So my friends please don't join this organisation and don't weast your time and efforts for this organisation.

I leave this comment after working 2 years with Omega. Omega will not consider us as employees. They see as production tool. The work pressure is high. Wen I say this, you have to trust me. TL,Managers,HR and even include any management. They will only support management. They won't listen employees concern. So it's waste to fight with these people. Important thing I have to mention here. We don't have email access in Omega. Your teammates are zero cooperation. They won't say anything even if they are facing issues. They have been trained in such a way.That means you have no rights to say anything to them. They need production. As long as you do production and ready to say ok for anything what they say. They call us good omegan. or else you will be forced to quit. This is a honest review and I am not going get anything by manipulation. Thank you omega
