It depends upon the project and team. Im Bangalore location most of the Manager and Management from North so whether you know Kannada or not you must know Hindi otherwise you will not get proper support. My personal experience Hindi known people get very good apprisal and position.

...e first preference for Hindi know peoples. No free transport No tissue paper In your CTC variable pay included but you will never get.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. We don't expect any KT and Training at beginning but results should be perfect.

...are so horrible. No incentive plans. Then only take the work from the employees. Everyone in this Integra has salary issues. It is always one way communication with the management and the employees.

Only salary is main concern that who all are working there more than 5yrs the salary is low..but who all are jumping other companies and coming back those people's they will hike salary.. This is only bad thing..
