Omega means Job security and also helps in skill development. On job training will be there for freshers. IJP process also helps to go to the next level.I love to work with my teammates. Supervisors are very friendly.

Dislikes

Work pressure will be there and sometimes I have to work upto 11hours in a day. Salary hike will be somewhat less. But for freshers Omega is the best option.

Likes

Work environment is highly helpful to learn and explore in coding. One can easily maintain work life balance at Omega.

Dislikes

For freshers salary is very poor..interms of hike doesn't meet expectations of employees. Creer growth can happen but for selected local people. Politics plays major role.

I am so grateful to Omega healthcare, which provided me all the platform for my career growth with additional training support from the company. I am very happy that company provides an internal soft skill training and also provides an opportunity of internal job posting. Ability/Caliber are always been recognised by the company.

Other than the salary, the company has significant shortcomings. The rules and regulations are drastically different from other RCM companies, often making it difficult for employees to adapt. The management tends to corner employees, pressuring them to resign. The HR department is the worst I’ve encountered—it is not employee-friendly and lacks effective support for the workforce. Best advice is - avoid joining omega health care.

Only thing I like is lot of opportunities there to learn new things about the work

I don't like production based salary here in integra connect, the hr did not explained it properly while recruitment. This is not 5 days of working shift they will say due to business requirements has to come office on weekends so sometimes no matter what need to work 7 days, lot of work pressure and more internal politics.
