I was seen lots of issues with mangement they will not treat as employee, there was no salary hikes if we put paper they will they only market correction not possible right now , such a street behaviour by TL and even mangers along with HR ,if you behaviour like this then why you people hired and doing torcher to employees , wrost software maintenance always serve maintaince there mistake we have to work on weekends,wrost mangement especially home health department

I am so grateful to Omega healthcare, which provided me all the platform for my career growth with additional training support from the company. I am very happy that company provides an internal soft skill training and also provides an opportunity of internal job posting. Ability/Caliber are always been recognised by the company.

I don't like production based salary here in integra connect, the hr did not explained it properly while recruitment. This is not 5 days of working shift they will say due to business requirements has to come office on weekends so sometimes no matter what need to work 7 days, lot of work pressure and more internal politics.

Team outings, On time salary, OT pay Each team is unique, some projects go off track, some projects do pretty well, if at all you are in a good project then work will be smooth, lot to learn, although it will be bit stressful on the month-ends, work is enjoyable, will get to learn a lot if you stay for longer period. During my time HRs were good, took decisions quickly, positive response most of the time.

Managers do a lot of favoritism, language wise, religion wise. Some Mgrs prioritize their community, act like congress. Internal politics. Office campus had lately become smoking zone, lots of sellers within the office. Completely night shift life. Cabs(TT) are provided but sometimes few of them just get out of cabs after crossing some 1 km from office, later to be picked up their fbb. *Caution, married women should stay away from office, can opt for work from home or day shift. They would start hounding on office women, prettier & younger will be the ones facing such challenges the most.

This message is an awareness for freshers who is gone start their carrier in omega Health care management services i have worked in omega Healthcare management services almost 1 year and also served my notice period promptly but after leaving the job when i was asking for full and final settlement and experience letter they we're saying that since i didn't complete one year job with them i need to pay 15000 for training that they have provided at initial they told it was mentioned in offer letter later when checked it was not mentioned in offer letter when i asked to hrbp he told that it was informed during On-boarding and training i don't remember since says days passed so I asked one of colleague regarding that he also told that it was not informed during that time. Most of my batch met left within a year now i am unable to get my experience letter since i have negative balance so only if settle that amount i will be able to get my relieving letter i am a extremely poor person now i am unable pay to them Back. I request all of you to take time and read all terms and conditions carefully with omega Healthcare management services especially check that have you made agreement with TRAP( training repayment agreement provisions). There are many people suffering like me
