It's a terrible organization where almost all the employees are underpaid, but target and work load is much more than other medical coding organizations. Even HRs and experienced personnels are highly unprofessional, do not maintain corporate culture. No travel allowance for day shift, no food coupons, no value or recognition for hard working employees. The office does not provide childcare, no international relocation, no work from home. DO NOT EXPECT ANY BASIC BENEFITS THAT OTHER CORPORATE OFFICES PROVIDE.

...eer. Basically its BPO company and software employees are supporting for that. No Salary hike, no carrier growth, each day like production day. Lot of monitoring like whether employee is in seat, how much time he went outside after noting all these things they call you inside the room and take big class even after you are fine and completing the work on time. They dont need good employees, they only need employee should sit in his seat for 9 hours. Managers dont have managerial skills they dont know anything about there positions. Its waste of time for Joining this company. 2 months of notice period they will torch you like anything. Be careful before joining to this company. 100% i will not recommended to anyone.

...hey have a capacity to determine employee capacity without giving working acess.when employee ask the reasons strongly they will cut your call and never pick your call and simply hold your salary.If you are doing WFH then they think you cannot reach them.There is no Hr helpdesk team also available for this company.So my friends please don't join this organisation and don't weast your time and efforts for this organisation.
