I like a patroll inspection at production line, and maintaine that related document.work culture is followed a old method not a advance technology.no any other company policies here.job is not permanent ,i work just earn for a money and i learned a lot of things about bar manufacture process and i know the flaw of bar ,how solve that problems like many new information i learned here.

Dislikes

Very low salary and slow growth .i worked here at one 3rd party contract.i worked here morethan one year but still now no salary increment.one good think is i learned about bar production process,problem solving methods,how to handle the inspection and that related documents .
