Developers are paid peanuts for the top projects because they oftentimes come from places where the minimalist salary is good for the local market, yet poor compared to e-file standards. A poor and horrible job market is misconstrued as desire to want to be with the company because hundreds apply via LinkedIn. The thought of desperation in a volatile job market never enters their minds, which also shows the complete cognitive dissonance associated with this org. If you are an Omdena collaborator, remain one! Do not join the core team! You will regret your decision.

Lack of clear picture regarding the final outcomes of project. Lack of active participation. Lack of domain experts.

I liked the way they approach the team and team workers to get the desired project completed. Also the helpful nature and co-ordination between all team members and team leads is worth working here. I would say to all data enthusiasts out there, youu need to contribute to a couple of projects to see the magical transformation in your career path. Its really gonna help you and bring you close to your dream job.
