New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Good time pass company, like you are working in government office. Lady employee can do their kids homework, can leave at 5pm (because someone else will punch attendance). If you are chamchas of senior people, your work will be handed over to someone else, you will get appraisal and other benefits.

Dislikes

If you are working hard to get your work noticed, no one will appreciate, you will be given chamcha's work also. If you are good in chamchagiri of Managers, you are best fit for this company. Projects are suffering because of this work culture, as people who can work for betterment of company are always treated badly.
