only one workers get salary at every month on correct date...

not easy to get any increment and promotions in this company.. suppose any worker need go to annual leave, clearance, passport collection also not easy in this company... this issues coming reason only their sitting coordinator and Technical assistance.. Many workers waiting outside the department for many issues....that way going many engineers, project managers and general manager also.. they are all watch that workers also but not asking why you sitting more time, what problems...

The best thing this company is that the salary comes on time. And the employees of the company are good. The best thing is that we work in a hospital, so we are getting a chance to serve people indirectly.

Average work environment & culture. Teammate are not supportive & management is in transparent .facilities not provide properly to worker.company policies not good ,appraisals are fake just hang to work for increment or promotion.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary also not decent or career growth very poor.

Salary increments and bonus chances are very less now a days. Career growth is restricted. Company is very good but lot of politics at some sites by site incharges and supervisors on some Employees. One cannot migrate to other company untill present project ends.
